Varna Bulgaria

When it comes to the best beaches in Bulgaria, Varna is the most famous and popular tourist destination in the country. As Italy's Capital of Culture, it is blessed with some of the most beautiful beaches in Eastern Europe and is also the easiest place to reach it during one of the most sought after - after the summer - Bulgarian.

It is an important tourist destination and you can make a relaxing trip to the beach during your summer stay in Bulgaria.

If you have little time in Varna, you should not miss the beaches in the immediate vicinity of the city center. If you have more time in the capital of the sea, you should also explore the beach of Varnia. Either way, in and around Varma, a jewel of the Black Sea, you will not miss any exciting and fun activities that you will not miss on your way to Eastern Europe. We have found that there is a lot to see and do inside and outside Varna And we have visited many of the most popular tourist attractions, such as the National Museum, the Museum of History and Culture and many others.

Away from the beach and right next to it is the magnificent Sea Garden, a magnificent sea garden with a beautiful view of the Black Sea and the Mediterranean Sea.

The Natural History Museum is also located here, where many exhibits pay tribute to the cultural influences that have made Varna what it is today. From the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria, which has been inhabited by Greeks, Romans, Turks, Bulgarians, Byzantines and finally the Ottoman Empire, there are many museums, monasteries, cathedrals and gardens in the city. It is the perfect way to discover and experience all the activities in Varnas and is home to a number of tourist attractions, such as the National Museum, St. George's Cathedral and the State Museum.

In 681 AD it was called Varna and was part of the first Bulgarian Empire (ca. 679 - 1018). Varnas, which was then called Odessos, became a port for the Byzantine Empire and later a part of the Bulgarian Empire.

Varna continued to develop until the 20th century, when it became one of the most popular tourist destinations in Bulgaria and as such the tourist infrastructure grew. It is the only city in Bulgaria to be visited by cruises and hosts a number of tourist attractions such as the Varna Museum, the National Museum of History and Culture and the Sofia Museum.

Varna Harbour is an ideal place to spend an afternoon with family and friends, stroll along the beach or just enjoy the sea view and the fresh breeze. Another great place to visit is the avenue of Varnia, which reaches the 4th pier. The nightlife throughout the city, as well as a number of restaurants, bars and bars make it a destination that never gets boring.

The cathedral has historical and spiritual significance in Varna and is a must see - see if you ever come here. The cathedral was officially opened on 30 August 1886 and is one of the oldest cathedrals in the world and the second oldest in Europe after the Cathedral of Rome.

If you like history and ruins, then you should visit the newly built Historical Park of Pliska Preslav, one of the most popular tourist attractions in Varna. It is recommended that you can visit it on a day trip from Varnia, but I recommend it as a day trip.

If you decide to take a detour to Sofia, there are many bus lines that serve the routes between Sofia and Varna. If you are in Sofia, take the direct bus, although this also applies to other cities, such as Varnia.

Varna Central Bus Station offers excellent views of the city and a wide range of restaurants, shops and cafés.

Varna is pretty safe, although foreigners would be well advised to be aware of this. The best taxi companies are best located in the city centre, with a good number of good taxi services on the streets.

The visit to Varna would not be complete without a beautiful view of the sea, A relaxing walk in the city centre or a stroll through a sea garden. I cannot imagine visiting Varnia without spending at least a few days in one of the many beautiful parks and gardens of the city.

To get into the right holiday mood, you have to familiarize yourself with the history of the city and its transformation over the years. The Archaeological Museum of Varna conducts archaeological research and excavations.

The extraordinary Natural History Museum promotes the unique perpetual motion, a place where young and old can learn about science and have fun. Varna is a large spa town where you can enjoy all the entertainment you want, from swimming pools to escape rooms, water parks and go-karting.
